In the event that an item is faulty, we are committed to the exchange or refund, provided it is returned to us in its original packaging and accompanied by an invoice within 30 days of receipt of package. We full refund if you dont received your order after 45 days (from sending package)
Return postage will be then also fully reimbursed (excluding postage) and the exchange implemented immediately.
